Prospects and challenges in international business

The article analyzes the perspectives in international business, focusing on key topics such as globalization, technology, sustainability and corporate social responsibility. In addition, the importance of adaptability, technological innovation, continuous training and a long-term vision is highlighted to be successful in this changing environment. The works of Zygmunt Bauman and Alvín Toffler are cited as valuable perspectives on these changes. The main objective is to examine the thematic trajectories over almost three decades of publications on those topics. From the review of scientific literature, general trends in economic relations and international business have been identified.
