Method: this paper was carried out under an exploratory methodological approach based on a critical analysis of the literature. An exploratory approach was considered necessary to identify emerging trends and detect possible shortcomings in the research. Results: it is of great relevance to reconfigure the pedagogical models in order to transform the traditional approach to education to a more participatory model. Results: Modern didactics must have a balance between technologies and human interaction because technological advances will complement and strengthen educational processes.
