Contracts in the age of artificial intelligence and the notary

The purpose of this paper is to analyze a relevant topic, directly related to contracts by notaries, considering the legal validity of electronic signatures and documents in each specific context. In order to achieve the proposed purpose, the immediate contexts surrounding the topic are analyzed, such as contracts, contractual consent, the role of the notary in contracts, electronic signatures, the rules that regulate electronic signatures in Mexico and ethics in the digital era and contracts. Therefore, a contextualization is made in background and contributions of different authors at the time of the present work. One of the main results is the fact of establishing an adequate procedure and verification of the relevant documentation.
