Abstract

Today, knowledge and information management is crucial for generating value in organizations. Knowledge and information are intangible assets that can be used to make informed decisions, improve process efficiency and foster innovation. In this article, you will explore the relationship between knowledge and information management and value generation in organizations. Methodology: This study is qualitative and correlational. It was carried out through non-experimental, mixed, transversal and correlational design. Conclusion: The ability of companies to use information and knowledge effectively and efficiently can generate competitive advantages and improve decision-making, process efficiency and talent management.
