Optimization of accounting processes in Mypes through natural language processing, North Lima 2023

The impact of natural language processing (NLP) on the optimization of accounting processes in Mypes of the industrial sector of North Lima during 2023 was evaluated. Using a quantitative and explanatory approach, a sample of 240 accountants was selected, validating the instruments through experts and ensuring their reliability with a Cronbach's alpha. The results showed a significant influence of the NLP in the improvement of accounting management (R=0.677, p= .000). In addition, 68.3% of the participants perceived a high level of NLP implementation in their activities, while 57.0% rated the accounting processes as adequate. These findings highlight the transforming potential of NLP in small and medium-sized enterprises, promoting advances such as greater accuracy and efficiency in the management of accounting data. This study highlights the importance of integrating emerging technologies in accounting, not only to optimize processes, but also to strengthen the competitiveness of MSEs in a dynamic and demanding environment.
