Abstract

The article addresses the importance of strategic planning and adaptability in organizations to face technological disruption and a constantly changing business environment. Emphasis is placed on the need for a thorough analysis of the environment, the identification of strengths and weaknesses, and the implementation of a dynamic planning system. In addition, effective communication, proactive leadership, and training of human talent are highlighted as key elements for the success of organizational transformation. Recommendations include fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, as well as maintaining open and transparent communication. The methodology for preparing the article is based on a review and analysis of existing literature, and the integration of relevant theories on change management and strategic planning, with the aim of offering a comprehensive approach applicable to various organizations.
