Cinema and Education: Image and Imagination. Reflections from Simondon and Stiegler

This text aims to analyze the concepts of image and imagination and their relationship with cinema and education from the perspective of Gilbert Simondon and Bernard Stiegler. The writing will be divided into three sections, in the first place the concepts of image and imagination will be examined from their relationship with the technique, in the second section a brief analysis of the cinema within the educational environment will be carried out and finally the importance of the cinema and the technique from the analysis of the image that Simondon builds in the course Imagination and invention and the reflections of Stiegler in Technique and time III: The time of the cinema and the question of discomfort.
