Governing and participating as part of civil society in it, is an act that should be transversal and directed in the functionality of the process of effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness in the procedures and services that are provided in government management (interior) and public management (public institutions), in full respect of Human Rights in the promotion of Peacebuilding, in order to strengthen democracy, good governance and public governance, through the design, development, implementation and monitoring of public policies (with the active participation of civil society), in the generation of government conditions and the positive impact on the integral well-being of people.
