Social contexts are spaces where some problems are generated that give rise to complex situations, and within these environments the researcher has a very important task, that of carrying out an analysis of the problem and, in turn, studying the possible alternatives that may propose solutions or approaches not considered until now. There is no doubt that in reality there are moments where appropriate decisions must be made, and even more so when it comes to conflicts related to a situation that involves everyone, such as water management.
Within the social fabric, some of the main themes that arise in communities within Latin American countries are: the importance of rural communities; framed by its contexts, the importance of water; how to develop proper management and decision making; what factors are essential, the rural context; how the development of the community is perceived by youth; growth and infrastructure among others. It is undeniable that throughout Latin America we live daily with conditions that affect society, but each community presents a specific reality, and it must be taken into account that within these communities there are its members, with endless possibilities to analyze each detail, thus emerging an approach as a proposal to move towards a solution.
